Cum4k Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the cum4k platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out herein.
These terms take effect from the date you register your account and apply to all cum4k platform users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the cum4k platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and cum4k regarding your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Cum4k reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or to their registered email address.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. cum4k reserves the right to verify user identity and request supporting documents such as a national ID or proof of address at any time.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. You are accountable for all activity that occurs through your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, deploying automated software or bots to access the platform, sharing their account with any third party, or attempting to manipulate the betting system. Violations of these terms may result in permanent account suspension or closure.
Cum4k services are available to users in Malaysia. Users from restricted regions who access these services without authorisation are in breach of the terms of use, and any such accounts detected may be closed without notice.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the cum4k platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and valid debit or credit cards.
Deposit Policy
Deposits will be credited to your account once transaction verification is complete. cum4k is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. cum4k reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure transaction security. Withdrawal processing times are between one and three business days.
Disputed Transactions
For any transaction disputes, users must contact the cum4k support team within 14 days of the transaction date. We will investigate each complaint thoroughly and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Cum4k shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. cum4k's maximum total liability to any user is limited to the amount of active deposits held in that account.
Cum4k reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud may be forfeited. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an account review.
All content on the cum4k platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of cum4k or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission from cum4k.
The cum4k platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. cum4k is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Access to third-party sites is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Cum4k reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
